and trained league referees managed by the NVFFA

Playoffs
- Two Seasons throughout the Year. Most games played on Sundays (when able):
Spring |
From mid-March
through mid-June, games to be played throughout the day ending around 6
PM. (depending on field availability). Spring typically has the largest
turnout of teams. |
Fall |
Starts early
September and goes into November, games to be played on Sunday Mornings
ending before 1 PM (in time for NFL Games) |
Keep in mind
that the season is at times affected by the weather and make-ups can be
scheduled for Saturday's and sometimes cancelled indefinitely if the
weather doesn't allow games to be played. |
- Championship teams in all divisions earn a paid berths to regional and
national tournaments sponsored by the American Flag & Touch Football
League.
- Different Levels of competition (all are eight-on-eight full rush):

for teams that are looking to play against the best

Second Highest Level, for teams that
are looking to play against
veteran teams, and possibly building their team for "A" play |

Level, for teams that are just starting to
play together or just looking to play with less emphasis on winning and
more on fun |
- Annual Coaches Committee Meetings with League Officers to determine
details about upcoming seasons and rules associated with styles of play.

Please keep in mind there are designated times when certain aspects will
be updated, and is done by people with full time jobs other than NVFFA
- National affiliation with the American Flag & Touch Football League,
which includes:
- Organizational and marketing support of the national organization
- National and Regional Team Rankings
- Tournaments throughout the year across the country
- Costs for fielding a team for one season include a one time team fee paid
to the League along with Referee fees for each regular season game. Additional
Ref fees are also paid before each playoff game also.
